DesignOnce the analysis has begun to yield clarity to the owner’s vision, we begin the design process. Design is the visual reapresentation of the organizational change or captial improvement that solves the buisness problem. Organizational design is captured in narrative and graphic. Capital improvement or facility design is captured in narrative and 3D design documents. This approach to design provides effective communication tools and enables more accurate feedback from the owner. Design is an exciting part of the change process, but is also a critical time for anticipating challenges that change brings. A strong thorough design process captures the owner's requirments and mitgates the risk association with organizational change or a major capital improvement.
