Jeff Carroll, MBA, LEED APJeff Carroll has more than 25 years experience in organizational leadership, development, and program and project management. A project manager for preconstruction services for several design build projects, Jeff specializes in building teams that provide the best solution for the client’s business problem. The combination of organizational leadership and project management experience give him the right combination of skills and insight for organizational analysis and solution execution. He has served as a consultant to several small to medium size companies and has been successful in producing measureable results for his clients. He has also been effective in guiding organizations to achieve more than strong financial outcomes. In addition, he has aided companies in their effort to maintain environmental and social responsibility while achieving positive cash flow. A graduate of the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, Jeff’s MBA is in management and finance.
